The level and type of support available for earlier versions of the Micronaut framework will change as the Framework continues to evolve, and the support team remains available to help regardless of the version of the Micronaut framework that you are using. Subscription-Based Support

Getting expert help with your Micronaut framework applications is an email away with our subscription support packages. With subscription-based support, your organization is guaranteed a number of support hours each month. Use your hours to get assistance directly from the team that builds and maintains the Micronaut framework.

Premium Product Support

starting at $1,500/Month

As the Micronaut framework grows and evolves, it also changes. Some of these changes may not be compatible with older versions of the Framework. While the updates may be more ideal for the future, it may also make it more difficult for organizations to easily upgrade their Micronaut framework applications to the latest version. For this reason, we are proud to offer premium product support for many versions of the Micronaut framework, including versions that have reached the end of public support. Our premium support packages include:

  • Resolution or mitigation options for critical and high security vulnerabilities
  • Ad-Hoc support hours (10 hours per month or 120 hours for the year)
