How to Access the Micronaut Gitter Community from the Element Matrix Client

As many of you know, the Micronaut Framework has a Gitter Community. (And if you didn’t know, come on over and join the conversation!)

What you may not know is that Gitter now speaks Matrix.

Matrix is an open network for secure, decentralized communication.

You’ve always been able to access the Micronaut Gitter Community via the Gitter web application or via official Gitter clients. Now you can also access it via Matrix clients such as Element.

The following screenshots show how to access the Micronaut Gitter Community public rooms from the Element MacOS client:
