Micronaut Framework Co-Founder to Speak at Jax Online

Micronaut co-founder, Graeme Rocher, is scheduled to present Advanced Compile-Time Dependency Injection with Micronaut on Tuesday, May 4th at the upcoming Jax Online conference. Graeme will demonstrate advanced techniques when using the Micronaut framework’s compilation-time dependency injection implementation, including how to use configuration injection and aspect-oriented programming, as well as how to manage the dependency injection container’s lifecycle.

The Micronaut framework is a JVM toolkit for developing microservices and serverless applications; the technology moves much of the framework infrastructure into the compiler, so there is minimal impact on the application’s startup time and memory performance.

The Micronaut framework shares many similarities with frameworks like Spring, but avoids much of the overhead by eliminating reflection, runtime bytecode generation, and dynamic class loading.

Graeme works on the core Micronaut development team and participates on the Technology Advisory Board of the Micronaut Foundation and the Grails Foundation.
